临床决策形式对医学发展影响的探讨

摘　　要：本文对经验医学、循证医学、整合医学、精准医学的概念、作用、缺陷与不足,对医学发展的影响、相互关系、适用性等问题进行了探讨。阐述了经验医学是医学发展的基础、循证医学促进了医学标准化的建立、整合医学创建了新的医学体系、精准医学开启了个体化医疗的新领域的理由,提出了不同的临床决策形式既是传承、发展关系,也是互为补充、相互促进关系的观点。在医疗实践中,应将患者的利益放在第一位,根据医生及患者的实际情况选择最佳的临床决策形式,全面否定或完全依赖任何一种临床决策形式都是不恰当的。结论:每一种临床决策形式对医学发展都有着不可或缺的影响。This review summarizes the concepts of experiential medicine,evidence-based medicine,integrated medicine and precision medicine.The influence on medical development,relationship and applicability of these medical forms is also discussed.It states that experiential medicine is the foundation of medicine development,evidence-based medicine promotes the establishment of medical standardization,integrated medicine creates a new medical system and precision medicine opens a new field in personalized medicine.This review also expounds that the relationship of different medical form is not only inheritance and development,but also supplement and promotion of each other.In medical practice,patients' benefit should be put in the first place.According to doctors and patients' actual situations,we make the best clinical decisions.It is inappropriate to fully deny or rely on any clinical strategy.Conclusion:each medical form has an indispensable influence on the development of medicine.
