摘 要:美国临床研究利益冲突的管理,是在视角和方法上采取由面到点的管理路径展开的。如从开始时作为伦理管理系统的一部分,到成为与伦理管理系统独立的利益冲突管理系统,从对个人利益冲突管理到对机构利益冲突管理,从对利益接收者管理到对利益提供者管理,使管理对象细化,管理政策更具针对性。在细化管理过程中如何使相关管理对象之间相互协调,互为促进,共同发展,最终形成稳定、高效的临床研究利益冲突管理系统,是今后需要关注的课题。The management of conflicts of interest in clinical research in the United States is carried out by following the route from the whole to points in terms of perspective and methodology.The management system of conflicts of interest,from being part of the ethical management system to working as an independent system,from the management of individual conflicts of interest to the management of institutional conflicts of interest,from the management of interest receivers to the management of interest providers,refines the management objects and makes the management policy more targeted.It is a subject to pay close attention to,from now on,how to achieve the coordination between the relevant management objects and their mutual promotion and joint development in the process of refining the management,so as to develop a stable and efficient management system of conflicts of interest in the clinical research.
