基于患者视角分析医疗纠纷第三方调解效果——以重庆市为例

摘　　要：为了从患者角度了解医疗纠纷第三方调解机制的实施效果,以及为促进其发展提供依据,对重庆12家医院600名患者进行多阶段分层随机抽样问卷调查。结果显示,47.2%的患者对第三方调解满意。年龄、是否有过医疗纠纷、是否亲身或亲友经历过第三方调解的患者满意度差异具有统计学意义。亲身或亲友经历过第三方调解的患者中,认为调解员是否有良好的沟通能力、是否有丰富的调解经验、是否有良好的法律素养、是否按时调解、是否经历专业鉴定之间的满意度差异均具有统计学意义。医疗纠纷第三方调解得到了患者的认可,但仍需加强其专业性、公正性和权威性建设。To investigate the effect on the third party mediation of medical disputes from the patients' views,and to promote the development of the third party mediation,aquestionnaire survey was conducted on 600 patients of 12 hospitals in Chongqing with the method of multistage stratified random sampling.The results showed that 47.2% of patients were satisfied with the third party mediation mechanism.Age,medical dispute,and the personal experience of such process or that of their relatives or friends showed statistically significant difference in patients' satisfaction.Among patients who or whose relatives or friends had experienced mediation,good communication skills,rich experience,proficient legal literacy of mediators,on-time mediation,and professional identification showed statistically significant in patients' satisfaction.Although the third party mediation for medical disputes was accepted by patients,its profession,impartiality and authority still need to be strengthened.
