晚期肺癌病人生命意义与生活质量的相关性分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨晚期肺癌病人生命意义与生活质量的现状及相关性。[方法]采用横断面调查的研究方法,对2017年1月—2017年5月住院治疗的晚期肺癌病人进行问卷调查,调查问卷包括一般资料调查问卷、癌症治疗功能评价—通用量表、晚期癌症病人生命意义量表。[结果]共调查了324例肺癌晚期病人,生命意义得分为96.22分±11.87分,生活质量得分为68.79分±14.89分;相关分析得出,病人生命意义与生活质量之间存在明显正相关关系(P<0.01)。[结论]晚期肺癌病人生命意义和生活质量处于中低水平,在临床实践中应重视精神照护,以提高病人的生命意义感,改善病人的生活质量。Objective:To probe into the correlation between life meaning and quality of life in advanced lung cancer patients.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted to investigate the lung cancer patients who were hospitalized from January 2017 to May 2017.The questionnaire included general information questionnaire,cancer treatment function evaluation-general scale and advanced cancer patient's life meaning scale.Results:A total of 324 patients with advanced lung cancer were investigated.The score of life meaning was 6.22±11.87,the score of quality of life was 68.79±14.89.Correlation analysis showed that there was a clear positive correlation between life meaning and quality of life.Conclusion:The level of life meaning and quality of life in advanced lung cancer patients was lower.In clinical practice,we should pay attention to spiritual care in order to improve the patient's life meaning sense and quality of life.
