摘　　要：习近平总书记长期以来非常重视领导干部的学习问题,尤其是在担任中共中央党校校长期间多次就学习问题发表了重要讲话。文章通过对习近平学习观形成和发展的描述,系统地论述了习近平学习观的形成背景、理论来源以及发展历程,并在此基础上集中阐述了习近平学习观的基本内容,针对习近平总书记关于"学习是什么""为什么学习""学习什么""怎样对待学习"等观点进行了全面深入的回答。For a long time,the general secrentary of Xi Jinping attaches great importance to the learning of leading cadres,especially he has delivered important series of speeches around the learning issues during as the president of Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. Therefore,this article describes the formation and development of Xi Jinping's view of learning,systematically expounds the background,theoretical origin and development course of Xi Jinping's view of learning. And on this basis,this artical centrally expounds the fundamental content of Xi Jinping' s view of learning and makes a comprehensive and in-depth answer around the general secrentary of Xi Jinping on these views of " what is learning" " why to learn" " what to learn" and " how to learn".
