摘　　要：微博作为一种信息资源日益受到人们关注,如何利用这一资源进行知识创新是本文研究的出发点。本文在SECI模型基础上,结合微博特点提出微博知识创新过程模型,并提出微博知识创新研究框架。采用问卷调查、焦点小组和观察法获取数据并分析,从实证角度对理论模型进行检验。As a kind of information resources,microblog has been paid more and more attention.How to make use of this resource for knowledge innovation is the purpose of this paper.In this article,based on the SECI model,it proposed the the process model of knowledge innovation,constructed the research framework of micro-blog knowledge innovation.This paper used the questionnaire survey,focus group and observation to collect the data,through the data analysis,tested the theoretical model by the empirical perspective.
