摘  要:导线温度作为导线实时动态载流量的表现形式,是输电线路动态增容的重要指标之一。传统的温度监测手段如热电偶测温和红外测温技术比较成熟,但抗电磁干扰和绝缘能力较差。本研究首先对光纤光栅温度传感器的封装方式进行了分析,选择了传感器的金属封装形式。对其温度增敏特性分析的基础上,研究其增敏结构并给出了结构图。基于目前常用的导线温度传感器夹具形式,对其中的两种结构形式进行了分析研究,并在110k V电压环境下分别对它们进行了仿真分析,并在此基础上最终确定了传感器夹具的结构形式。最后,为测试此光纤光栅温度传感器的工作特性,对其进行了实验测试。测试结果表明,此结构与工作特性符合国家相关标准要求,有较好的实际应用价值。Transmission line temperature,as the form of real-time dynamic capacity of conductors,is one of the important indexes of dynamic capacity increase of transmission lines. Traditional temperature monitoring methods such as thermocouple temperature measurement and infrared temperature measurement technology are mature,but they have poor electromagnetic interference resistance and poor insulation ability. This paper firstly analyzes the packaging method of the fiber Bragg grating( FBG) temperature sensor,and selects the metal packaging form of the sensor. Based on the analysis of temperature sensitive characteristics,the structure of increasing temperature sensitivity is studied and the structure diagram is given. Based on the commonly used type of transmission line temperature sensor clamp,the two kinds of structural types are analyzed and studied,and the simulation analysis is carried out under the 110 k V voltage environment. Finally,the structure type of the sensor fixture is determined. To test the working characteristics of the FBG temperature sensor,the experiment is carried out. The test results show that the structure and working characteristics of the FBG temperature sensor meet the requirements of the relevant national standards,and have good practical application value.
