摘  要:目的观察三氯苯达唑对斯氏狸殖吸虫作用后体壁超微结构的改变。方法将20只大鼠随机分成实验组和对照组,感染60 d后,实验组给予三氯苯达唑治疗,对照组不作治疗。用药3 d后剖杀两组大鼠,回收虫体,作透射电镜观察。结果实验组的虫体皮层消失,基质膜破坏;肌层坏死;细胞质线粒体变性,内质网扩张。对照组虫体体壁由外至内由皮层、外环肌、内纵肌及其皮层细胞组成;皮层从外至内由外质膜、基质及基质膜组成;肌层的肌纤维丝清晰,皮层细胞大,细胞核及细胞膜均清晰。结论三氯苯达唑造成斯氏狸殖吸虫体壁超微结构损伤。Objective To observe the ultrastructural changes of body wall of Pagumogonimus skrjabini after triclabendazole. Methods 20 rats were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. Rats of experiment group were treated on the 60 th days after infection,and rats of two groups were dissected and the worms recovered were observed under transmission electron microscope on the third day after treatment. Results The worm cortexes of experiment group were disappear and the base material membranes were broken; the muscle layers were perished; mitochondria of cytoplasm was metamorphic,and endoplasmic was distended. The body wall of control group were composed of cortexex,circular muscles and longitudinal muscles from exterior to interior; the cortex was composed of external plasma membrane,tegument matrix and basal plasma membrane from exterior to interior; muscle fibers in muscle cortex were clear,and cell nucleous and cell membrane were clear. Conclusion The ultrastructures of body wall of Pagumogonimus skrjabini were damaged by triclabendazole.
