摘 要:为探究免充气蜂巢轮胎的结构性能,通过改变轮胎的蜂巢单元尺寸,建立7种不同蜂巢结构的轮胎模型,借助Ansys Workbench软件对其静态工况下的等效应力一应变分布及轮胎接地性能进行数值模拟分析。分析结果表明:免充气蜂巢轮胎的力学性能与其蜂巢结构特点密切相关,改变分隔板厚度直接影响轮胎接地应力分布。所得结论可为免充气轮胎的结构优化及应用研究提供一定参考价值。To explore the structural performance of honeycomb non-pneumatic tire, seven tire models of different honeycomb structures are established by changing the size of honeycomb unit of the tire, and Ansys Workbench software is used for nunlerical simulation analysis of its equivalent stress-strain distribution under static working conditions and ground-contact performance. The results suggest that mechanical property of the honeycomb non-pneumatic tire is closely related to the structural characteristics of the honeycomb, and ground-contact stress distribution of the tire immediately changes as the thickness of the separating plate varies. The conclusion can be a reference for structure optimization and application research of non-pneumatic tire.
