摘　　要：对一种上开盖式专用集装箱吊装方法进行探讨,对现有专用集装箱结构特点及其传统吊装方法进行介绍,并总结其使用过程中中存在的优缺点。提出了一种简化吊具结构的吊装方法,对吊具组成进行介绍,对主承力结构件吊梁的强度、刚度进行有限元分析,并对吊具的结构尺寸、吊装倾角等与传统吊具进行对比,,对吊具的特点进行总结。The paper proposes a hoisting method that can simplify spreader structure after discussing hoisting method of an upper opening special container, introducing structural characteristics of existing special container and its traditional hoisting method, and summarizing its pros and cons during using. The structure of the spreader is introduced, and the strength and rigidity of the hanging beam of the main bearing structure are analyzed by finite element method. In addition, the paper compares the spreader with traditional ones in structural dimensions, hoisting angle and other aspects, and summarizes its characteristics.
