摘  要:目的研究趋化因子CXC配体(L)3在肾透明细胞癌及癌旁组织的表达差异,探讨CXCL3表达与肾透明细胞癌临床病理参数的相关性。方法利用免疫组织化学染色方法检测肾脏组织芯片中CXCL3的表达。结果与肾透明细胞癌组织比较,癌旁组织CXCL3表达量显著提高(P=0.000);癌组织和癌旁组织肾透明细胞癌Ⅲ级组织CXCL3表达水平均显著高于Ⅱ级(P=0.044;P=0.037);CXCL3表达水平与肾透明细胞癌临床病理参数无相关性。结论 CXCL3表达水平与肾透明细胞癌临床分级呈正相关,其可能主要经旁分泌机制参与肾透明细胞癌进程。Objective To investigate the expression difference of CXC chemokine ligand(CXCL)3 in renal clear cell carcinoma and its adjacent tissues,and to explore the correlation between CXCL3 expression and clinical pathological parameters in renal clear cell carcinoma. Methods The expression of CXCL3 in renal tissue microarray was detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results The CXCL3 expression level in the tissues adjacent to carcinoma was increased significantly as compared with renal clear cell carcinoma tissues( P = 0.000); whether cancer tissues or tissues adjacent to carcinomas tissues,the CXCL3 expression level in grade Ⅲ renal clear cell carcinoma tissues were significantly higher as compared with grade Ⅲ( P = 0.044;P = 0.037);There was not relevance between CXCL3 expression level and clinical pathological parameters of renal clear cell carcinoma. Conclusions CXCL3 expression level was positively correlated with clinical classification in renal clear cell carcinoma,which may primarily participate in the process of renal clear cell carcinoma through a paracrine mechanism.
