盐酸米诺环素软膏辅助治疗逆行性牙髓炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析盐酸米诺环素软膏(派丽奥)辅助治疗逆行性牙髓炎的临床效果。方法入选此次研究中的60例研究对象为我院2014年1—12月收治的逆行性牙髓炎患者,60例患者依据治疗方法的差异性分为观察组和对照组,其中30例对照组患者采用牙髓牙周治疗,30例观察组在此基础上采用派丽奥辅助治疗,待两组患者治疗后比较其临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.67%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为80.00%,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论逆行性牙髓炎在进行治疗的过程中采用派丽奥进行辅助治疗,疗效显著。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Minocyclifle Hydrochloride Ointment （Pallio） in the treatment of retrograde pulpitis. Methods 60 cases of pulpitis patients in our hospital from January to December 2014 were selected. 60 patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the difference of the treatment methods. 30 cases in control group were treated by periodontal treatment, 30 cases in observation group on the basis of Periocline adjuvant therapy after treatment of the two groups, the clinical curative effect was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%, while the total effective rate of the control group was 80.00%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Retrograde pulpitis is treated with Palio during adjuvant therapy with significant therapeutic effect and clinical value.
