摘 要:目的探究加强风险管理模式对急诊科患者住院安全的影响。方法我院急诊科于2016年1—10月实施风险管理模式,随机抽取此阶段收治的64例患者,纳入干预组,与2015年3—12月实施常规管理的64例急诊科患者(对照组)进行比较,评价两年度护患纠纷、护理风险事件发生率、满意度。结果干预组护患纠纷发生率为1例(1.56%)、低于对照组5例(7.81%),χ~2=4.374,P=0.036;干预组患者护理风险事件发生率为1例(1.56%),低于对照组6例(9.38%),χ~2=5.913,P=0.015。干预组患者对护理服务满意度为61例(95.31%),优于对照组51例(79.69%),χ~2=11.154,P<0.05。结论在急诊科应用风险管理模式,可降低护患纠纷及护理风险事件发生率,提高满意度。Objective To explore the clinical effect of risk management mode in the clinical safety for emergency patients. Methods 64 patients receiving the risk management mode from January to October 2016 in our emergency department were selected (intervention group); 64 patients receiving the conventional management mode from March to December 2015 in our emergency department were selected (control group). The incidence rate of nurse-patient disputes and nursing risk events as well as clinical satisfaction were evaluated. Results The incidence rate of nurse- patient disputes for intervention group (1.56%, 1 case) was significantly lower than control group (7.81%, 5 cases), X2=4.374, P=0.036; The incidence rate of nursing risk events for intervention group (1.56%, 1 ease) was significantly lower than control group (9.38%, 6 cases), X^2=5.913, P=-0.015; The clinical satisfaction for intervention group (95.31%, 61 cases) was significantly higher than control group (79.69%, 51 cases), X^2=l 1.154, P 〈 0.05. Coneluslon In the emergency department, the risk managementmode can reduce the incidence rate of nurse-patient disputes and nursing risk events and improve the clinical satisfaction.
