摘　　要：目的为更准确地了解中小学学生营养状况,以便科学合理地指导学生科学饮食、均衡营养、从小养成良好的饮食习惯和生活方式。方法分析2011-2016年中小学学生营养不良动态和中小学学生肥胖动态。结果中小学学生营养不良率和肥胖率均呈上升趋势。结论中小学学生的营养状况不容乐观,学校和家长应高度重视学生的营养问题。科学饮食、合理运动对改善学生的身体状况和营养状况有一定的帮助。Objective To learn more about the nutrition status of primary and middle school students, so as to in- struct the students on scientific diet, balanced nutrition, and heahhy eating habits and lifestyle. Methods The dynamic of malnutrition and obesity was analyzed in the primary and middle school students from 2011 to 2016. Results The malnutri- tion rates and obesity rates among primary and middle school students were on the rise. Conclusion The nutritional status of primary and middle school students is not optimistic, and the authority of schools and parents should pay high attention to the nutrition of students. The scientific diet and reasonable exercises can improve the physical condition and nutrition of the stu- dents.
