乳酸菌协同新城疫疫苗对雏鸡肺脏树突状细胞的影响

摘  要:将1d雏鸡随机分为4组,A,B组分别于1-7d喷雾免疫乳酸菌菌液,7d时对A,C组滴鼻点眼免疫新城疫弱毒苗。分别于1,4,7,14,21和35d取肺脏制作冰冻切片,通过使用CD11c单克隆抗体进行免疫组织化学染色检测雏鸡肺脏中树突状细胞变化情况。结果显示:树突状细胞数量随着天数增长其不断增多,主要分布于支气管相关性淋巴组织与三级支气管气道内壁;乳酸菌与新城疫疫苗均能刺激雏鸡肺脏相关淋巴组织发育,促进树突状细胞增殖;乳酸菌与新城疫疫苗协同作用效果更显著。The chicks were randomly divided into four groups: spray Lactic acid bacteria of group A,B at 1-7day-old,and attenuated NDV was dripped by nasal for group A, C at 7 day-old. Made frozen section of lungs at 1,4,7,14,21 and 35 day-old, used immimo histochemical method staining by CD11c to detection the changes of dendritic cells in chicken lungs. The results indicated that the dendritic cells continues to increase and mainly located in mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue and airways intine of tertiary bronchi as time goes on;the Lactic acid bacteria and NDV promote development of lymphoid tissue of lungs and dendritic cells increase,indicating a better effect by syn- ergy of Lactic acid bacteria and NDV.
