摘 要:为准确真实地描述三环减速器动力学特性,计入了行星轮内齿环板、轴承等零件弹性变形,利用柔性体动力学原理方法,对三环减速器的刚柔耦合虚拟样机进行了动态特性分析,得到了其动态啮合力、输出功率,以及输出运动的仿真曲线。仿真分析结果表明:三环减速器的刚柔耦合模型的仿真结果与实际更加接近,更真实地模拟了三环减速器实际齿轮传动状态。该方法和数值计算结果为三环减速器的齿轮系统动力学研究与分析提供了理论指导和参考数据,更具有实际意义。To accurately describe the dynamics characteristics of the three-ring reducer, based on taking the elastic deformation of such parts as the inner-tooth gear ring of planetary wheel and the bearing etc. into account, the paper applied flexible body dynamics principle to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the rigidflexible coupling virtual prototype of the three-ring reducer, and obtained the simulation curve of its dynamic meshing force, output power and output motion. Simulation results showed: the simulation results of the rigidflexible coupling model was closer to actual situation, real operation of the three-ring reducer was simulated more realistically. The method and the numerical calculation results offered theoretical guidance and reference data for the dynamics research on the gear system of the three-ring reducer with practical significance.
