摘　　要：同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）是缺血性卒中的危险因素。近年来，同型半胱氨酸与缺血性卒中的关系成为国内外研究的热点，且尚未得到一致结果。本文对致病机制、干预治疗及治疗新策略进行探索，综述同型半胱氨酸与缺血性卒中相关性的研究现状。Homocysteine is a risk factor for ischemic stroke. The association between homocysteine and ischemic stroke has been becoming a hot spot of research all over the world, but has not yet got a consistent result up to now. In this article, we reviewed the pathogenic mechanism, intervention, new treatment strategies, and summarized the current progress of the association of homocvsteine with isehemie stroke.
