摘　　要：目的探讨蝶骨嵴内侧脑膜瘤的显微外科手术效果。方法回顾性分析南阳医学高等专科学校第三附属医院2005-06—2015-09显微外科手术治疗的22例蝶骨嵴内侧脑膜瘤的临床资料。结果对22例内侧型蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤给予显微手术治疗,全切20例,近全切除1例,部分切除1例,无死亡,无严重并发症。结论根据不同类型的蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤的生长特点,熟练应用显微外科手术切除,是治疗此类患者的有效措施。Objective To explore the surgical technique of the medial sphenoid wing meningioma. Methods The clinical data of 22 cases of the medial sphenoid wing meningioma were analyzed retrospectively in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from June 2005 to September 2015. Results There were 22 patients of the medial sphenoid wing meningioma un der microsurgical treatment; a gross total resection was performed in 20 patients, subtotal resection in 1 patient, and partial resectionin in 1 patient, no death, and no serious complications. Conclusion According to the growth characteristics of different types of sphenoid wing meningiomas, skilled application of microsurgical techniques for surgical resection is an effective measure to treat such patients.
