摘  要:目的分析鼠神经生长因子对老年痴呆患者临床疗效及血清细胞因子的影响。方法郑州大学第五附属医院收治的120例老年痴呆患者为研究对象,随机法分为对照组和实验组,实验组除常规治疗外,施以肌内注射鼠神经生长因子,共治疗8周,以相关量表和方法评估患者疗效及血清细胞因子含量。结果与对照组相比,实验组患者认知功能、日常生活自理能力、生活质量均出现显著提升(P<0.05);血清中相关细胞因子IL-1、IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平均出现显著下降(P<0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子有可能通过对部分有害细胞因子的抑制,从而改善患者的认知功能和日常生活能力,缓解痴呆症状。Objective To explore effects of rat nerve growth factor on the efficacy,viability and serum cytokines in patients with Alzheimer's disease. Methods A total of 120 cases of senile dementia patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the object of study. The patients were divided into control group and experimental group by digital randomization. Except for routine treatment, the patients were treated with intramuscular injection of nerve growth factor for 8 weeks. The efficacy, living ability and serum cytokines were evaluated by correlation scale and method content. Results Compared with the control group,the cognitive function, the degree of dementia, the daily life self-care ability and the quality of life were significantly improved (P〈0.05). The levels of IL-1β,IL-6,CRP and TNF-α in serum were significantly decreased (P〈0.05). Conclusion The injection of nerve growth factor can inhibit some serum cytokines, thus improve the patient's cognitive function and daily living ability and alleviate the clinical symptoms of dementia.
