摘 要:目的:探讨蚌埠市中学生儿童期虐待、社会支持与疼痛应对的相关性,为提高青少年心理健康水平提供参考。方法:分层整群随机抽取蚌埠市5 116名中学生,使用儿童期虐待问卷、青少年社会支持量表、中国版儿童疼痛应对问卷进行问卷调查。结果:不同学段和是否独生子女之间消极疼痛应对、中间疼痛应对、积极疼痛应对得分差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。消极疼痛应对和中间疼痛应对与儿童期虐待、社会支持均呈正相关(消极疼痛应对r值分别为0.084,0.257,中间疼痛应对r值分别为0.162,0.129,P值均<0.01);积极疼痛应对与儿童期虐待呈正相关、与社会支持呈负相关(r值分别为0.221,-0.246,P值均<0.01)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,学段、儿童期虐待和社会支持是消极疼痛应对的影响因素,学段、是否独生、儿童期虐待和社会支持是中间疼痛应对的影响因素,性别、学段、是否独生、儿童期虐待和社会支持是积极疼痛应对的影响因素(P值均<0.05)。结论:学段、儿童期虐待和社会支持对中学生不同疼痛应对维度均有影响。开展相关心理行为干预应针对不同学段进行,并综合考虑干预对象的儿童期虐待经历和社会支持情况。Objective: To study the correlation between childhood abuse, social support and pain coping among middle school students in Bengbu, so as to provide reference for adolescents" mental health. Methods :5116 middle school students were randomly se- lected in the city of Bengbu. All the participants were asked to fill the CTQ-F, Social Support Scale for Adolescents, and Pain Coping Questionnaire for Children ( Chinese Version). Results : The students scored differently in negative pain coping, median pain coping and positive pain coping between different learning stages and between single-children and non-single-children ( P 〈 0.01 ). Negative pain coping and median pain coping positively correlated to childhood abuse and social support ( rl = 0. 084,0. 257 ; r2 = O. 162,0.129 ; P 〈 O. 01 ). Positive pain coping positively correlated to childhood abuse, and negatively correlated to social support( r = 0.221, - 0. 246 ,P 〈 0.01 ). Multiple Linear Regression analysis indicated that learning stage, childhood abuse and social support were influence factors to negative pain coping;learning stage, being single-child or not, childhood abuse and social support were influence factors to median pain coping;gender, learning stage, being single-child or not, childhood abuse and social support were influence factors to positive pain cop- ing ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Learning stage, childhood abuse and social support can affect pain coping dimensions among middle school students. Some mental health intervention should be employed by considering their learning stage, childhood abuse experience and social support.
