摘　　要：目的:观察胸腺蛋白复合制剂治疗溃疡性直肠炎(UP)的疗效。方法:选取40例溃疡性直肠炎患者,随机将其分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予灌肠液A,次日凌晨纳肛复方角菜酸酯1粒;对照组给予灌肠液B,次日凌晨纳肛复方角菜酸酯1粒,观察治疗前后临床表现、结肠镜表现及病理等。结果:UP治疗组在临床疗效及肠镜下黏膜的改变均显著高于对照组。结论:胸腺蛋白复合制剂治疗溃疡性直肠炎有显著的临床疗效。Objective：To observe the curative effect of thymic protein compound enema for ulcerative proctitis { UP）. Methods：40 patients with UP were selected, and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The control group was given enema B, and in the next morning, titanoreine was applied to the anus. The treatment group, on the other hand,was treated with enema A,and the next morning, titanoreine was applied too. Clinical manifestations, colonoscopy and pathology were observed and analyzed before and af- ter the treatment. Results ：The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the clinical efficacy and the changes of the mucosa under the colonoscopy. Conclusion：Thymic protein compound enema is effective in treatment of UP.
