摘　　要：眼外伤是致盲的常见原因之一，其中，致伤物在眼外伤的发生和发展中产生了极大的危害作用，可能造成严重的视力障碍。因此，了解致伤物的特征有利于眼科医师及时处理病情，制定合理的治疗方案，减少漏诊、误诊。本文主要就致伤物在眼外伤中的危害作一综述。Ocular trauma is one of the most common cause of blindness. Vulnerants play an important harmful effect in the occurrence and development of ocular trauma, which may result in severe visual impairment. Understanding their characterastics is helpful for ophthalmologists to deal with the disease timely, make a reasonable treatment plan, and reduce missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rate. This article mainly focuses on the harmful effect of vulnerants in ocular trauma.
