网格状空芯制造工艺技术研究

摘　　要：以刨花板、纤维板等传统人造板或木材为原料,经过异型层板加工、胶合和刨分等工序制备成新型网格状空芯板芯,表面再覆以优质表板构成新型人造板产品。这种新型人造板打破了传统人造板板坯构成结构和传统人造板生产加工方法。通过对比试验,找出异形层板最佳截面形状与垂直胶合工艺技术,确定网格状板芯用层板的技术标准和质量要求,为用网格状空芯板芯制造新型人造板奠定基础。employ particleboard,fiberboard？traditional man-made board or wood as materials,through layer board abnomaal shaped, bonding,and classification of plane process preparation a new type of grid hollow-core board core,then coated surface with superior decorative materials to constitute a new type board products.This new kind of artificial board break the traditional artificial board slab structure and processing method.Through contrast test,find out the best cross section shape and special-shaped layer board perpendicular agglutination technology,determine the technical standards and quality requirements of materials applied in grid board core,laying the foundation of manufacturing new man-made board with grid hollow-core board core.
