摘　　要：《普通高等学校图书馆规程》是一个具有一定法律效力的行政规范性文件,在图书馆业界和学界具有高度的权威性、专业性、普适性和指导性。从1956年至今,《普通高等学校图书馆规程》经历了4次修订,形成了5个版本。从高校图书馆的本质属性、主要任务、体制机构、人员素质、馆舍经费、资源建设、服务管理等七个方面对《普通高等学校图书馆规程》的5个版本进行比照解读,可以了解其背景、内容、结构、性质等演变发展,使其更好地指导高校图书馆的工作。The Library＇s Rules for General Universities is an administrative regulatory document with certain legal effect.It has a high degree of authority,professionalism,universality and guidance in the field of library and academia.Since 1956,there have been four revisions of The Library＇s Rules for General Universities and five versions have been formed.This article compares the five versions of The Library＇s Rules for General Universities from the seven aspects of essential attribute,main task,system and organization,personnel quality,premises and funds,resource construction,service and management of university libraries,to understand the evolution and development of its background,content,structure and nature,also to better guide the work of university libraries.
