摘　　要：节能监测是企业节能降耗的重要基础性工作。油气田生产企业通过节能监测落实节能法规,监督能源利用状况。提升节能监测机构能力的最直接手段是开展机构间能力比对。经过近几年的能力比对活动实践,中国石油天然气集团公司的油气田节能监测机构在比对项目设置、评委选用、场地选择、指标分析等方面探索出了一套实用的有效方法。Energy saving monitoring is an important basic work for energy saving and consumption reduction in enterprises. Oil and gas producing enterprises implement energy conservation laws and regulations through energy conservation monitoring, and supervise the utilization of energy. The most direct way to improve the capability of energy conservation monitoring organizations is to carry out inter agency capability comparison. After a few years of capacity comparison practice, energy saving monitoring organization in China National Petroleum Corporation has explored a practical and effective method in comparison with project settings, selection of judges, site selection and index analysis.
