摘 要:安岳气田龙王庙组气藏是国内最大的陆上海相碳酸盐岩整装气藏,具有高温、高压、中低含硫特点,是西南油气田分公司的基础性气藏。要确保龙王庙气藏高产稳产,先进高效的生产管理方式尤为重要。本文详细分析了安岳气田龙王庙组气藏开发生产数字化管理中存在的问题,提出了适用于安岳气田龙王庙组气藏生产管理的物联网解决方案,构建了油气生产物联网系统的技术架构和功能架构,实现了设备的智能化识别和数字化管理,夯实"岗位标准化、管理数字化、属地规范化"的基础,优化了龙王庙组气藏生产工作流程,提高了劳动生产率,为气藏安全生产的数字化、精细化管理奠定了技术基础。Long wang miao group gas reservior at Anyue gas field is the largest domestic ready onshore Marine carbonate gas reservoir, and have the characteristics of high temperature and high pressure, low sulfur, which is a basic gas reservoir in southwest oil and gas field company. To ensure high and stable production, advanced and efficient production management is particularly important. This paper analyzes the existing problems of digital management for Long wang miao group gas reservior, puts forward the internet of things technology solutions, and build the technical architecture and function of oil and gas production interconnected system. The intelligent identification and digital management for the facility are realized. The basis of position standardization, management digitization and dependency normalization is firm. The production workflow is optomized and labor productivityis increased. All of these can lay the technological foundation for digital and delicacy management of gas reservior safety production.
