宁夏精神卫生资源和利用状况调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解宁夏精神卫生服务资源和利用情况。方法调查并分析宁夏精神卫生资源分布情况及精神卫生服务提供和利用情况。结果宁夏有9家医疗机构提供精神卫生服务,共拥有精神科医生101人,精神科护士217人,精神科床位866张,按人口密度计算分别为1.53张/10万、3.28张/10万、1.31张/万。全年总住院4 092人次,门急诊为78 073人次。精神卫生资源主要集中在银川市、石嘴山市、固原市和中卫市,各有一家精神卫生医疗机构,吴忠市目前暂无精神卫生医疗机构。结论宁夏精神卫生资源处于国内较低水平,资源分布不均衡且极度匮乏。Objective To investigate the mental health service resources and utilization in Ningxia. Methods Using the ques- tionnaire about mental health services provided by medical institutes to explore the distributions of mental health service resources and u- tilization. Results In 2016, there were 9 hospitals in Ningxia to provide mental services, there were 342 psychiatric doctors （ 1.53 doc- tors per 100000 residents） and 217 psychiatric nurses （3.28 nurses per 100000 residents） and 866 psychiatric beds （ 1.31 beds per 10000 residents）. The total number of hospitalizations was 4092, and the number of outpatients and emergency cases was 78073. Mental health resources are mainly concentrated in Yinehuan City, Shizuishan City, Guyuan city, each has a medical institution, but there was no mental health institutions in Wuzhong City. Conclusion Mental health resources of Ningxia were in a relatively low level. The distri- bution of mental health resources and utilizations are imbalanced and shortage.
