摘　　要：目的建立测定猴头菌片中麦角甾醇含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Welch Ultimate LP-C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)、流动相100%甲醇、流速1m L·min-1、检测波长283nm、柱温26℃。结果麦角甾醇在进样量为0.0832~1.664μg(r=0.9999)范围内,与峰面积积分值具有良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率为98.9%(RSD0.65%)。结论本法操作简单、结果准确、重现性好,为猴头菌片的质量控制提供参考方法。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of ergosterol in Hericium crinaceus tablets. METHODS The separation was performed on an Welch Ultimate LP-C18 column,with methanol as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 m L·min^-1. The Detection wavelength was 283 nm;the column temperature was 26℃.RESULTS It had a good linear relationship within the range of 0. 0832 ~ 1. 664μg（ r = 0. 9999）,and the average recovery rate is 98. 9%（ RSD = 0. 65%）. CONCLUSION The method is simple、accurate and credible,that can provide a reference method for the quality control of Hericium crinaceus tablets.
