摘　　要：目的:使用文本挖掘技术探索高血压病常用中医养生保健方法。方法:在中国生物医学文献数据中检索高血压相关文献,利用专有的文本工具进行信息提取,通过反复清洗、去除噪音、分析治疗高血压病的常见养生保健方法。结果:高血压病中医养生要重视修身养性、节制饮食,针灸、按摩(含推拿)、导引、打太极拳、保健功是高血压病常见保健方法,足厥阴肝经、足少阴肾经和手少阳心经是针灸的常用经脉,足三里、大椎、肾俞、关元、气海是常用的穴位贴敷部位,百合、三七、山药、山楂等常用于药膳食疗中。结论:当前中医养生保健临床研究较少、缺少循证证据的情况下,采用文本挖掘技术对高血压病的文献进行分析,探索高血压病的常用保健方法,为高血压病患者开展自我保健提供支持。Objective： To explore the common health preserving method of hypertension analyzed with text mining approach. Methods： Literatures on hypertension in CBM were collected. The syndrome and formula were extracted and processed to remove data noise. And then the occurrence frequency of health preserving method of hypertension was analyzed. Results： Hypertension patients should attach great importance to self-cultivation and diet. Acupuncture,massage,Daoyin,Taichi,health Qigong was a common health preserving method for hypertension. Liver meridian of foot Jueyin,kidney meridian of foot Shaoying and heart meridian of hand Shaoyang was common acupuncture meridians.Zusanli,Dazhui,Shenshu,Guanyuan,Qihai was commonly used in acupoint application location. Lily,pseudo-ginseng,Rhizoma Dioscoreae,haw and so on were commonly used in medicine accommodation. Conclusion： During the situation of lack of TCM health preserving clinical research and evidence,using text mining technology,hypertension literature can be used to explore the health preserving methods of hypertension,which can provide support to carry out self health care.
