摘　　要：通过对当前海上通信网络现状的分析,简述其存在的通信质量低、覆盖海域范围小等问题。借鉴MIMO频率分集技术,简单构建一种多频多点发信的短波综合网络,通过对现有短波网络资源统筹集成构建一种高质量、多功能的综合业务网络。By analyzing the current situation of short-wave communication network at sea, this paper briefly describes the problemsof low communication quality and small coverage.Based on the MIM O frequency diversity technology, I bulida short-wave integrated business network with multi-frequency and multi-point.A comprehensive business network of high quality and multi-functional is constructed byintegrating the existing short-wave network resources.
