知识论视角下的图书馆学原理探究

摘　　要：从图书馆学是信息科学分支的角度,依据知识论的"信息-知识-智能转换"规律和3个背景框架理论,科学化探索图书馆学原理。认为图书馆学原理可以表述为:图书馆学是研究图书馆在人类知识活动过程中的功能作用以及自身发展规律的科学;图书馆学研究内容是"信息-知识-智能转换系统"中,信息传递、知识服务、智能开发之理论与实践;图书馆学研究方法是围绕"3个背景框架"建设,研究信息搜集、整合,知识重组、关联,智能互动、开发实现机理的应用科学方法;图书馆学研究目的是努力推动信息社会知识生态系统的优化和加快人类知识活动进程。From the perspective that library science is a branch of information science, on the basis of ＂informationknowledge-intelligent transformation ＂ rule and the theory of three background frames,the paper discusses the principles of library science. It argues that library science theory can be expressed as： library science is the study of the library functions in the process of human intellectual activity and its law of development; the research contents of library science are information transmission,knowledge service,intelligent development theory and practice in ＂information-knowledgeintelligent conversion system ＂; the research method of library science is to study the application scientific method of information gathering, integration, knowledge recombination, association, intelligent interaction, and development mechanism of ＂three background frames＂. Efforts should be made to promote the optimization of the information society knowledge ecosystem and accelerate the process of human knowledge activities.
