摘　　要：无论古今中外,冤假错案是司法实践中难以避免的现象,录囚制度是传统中华法系的用以纠正冤狱的一项重要司法制度。在反思现代再审启动程序的基础上,结合录囚制度的理念和缺陷,阐述了录囚制度对现代刑事纠错制度的启示。Unjustly and falsely wrong cases are unavoidable injudicial practice both at home and abroad. The system of＂Lu Qiu ＂is an importantjudicial system used by traditional Chinese legal systems to correct unjust imprisonment. On the basis ofreviewing the start-up procedure of modern retrial and combining with the concept and flaw of the system of＂Lu Qiu ＂ , the author combines some ofthe contemporary misjudged case, put forward some suggestions to reform the error correction mechanism.
