摘　　要：王安石的政论文以犀利精辟,直击宋朝内忧外患见称。《本朝百年无事劄子》是王安石在执政前夕写下的文章,他在文中谈到了宋朝在政治、经济、军事和教育等方面的种种弊端,并主持了变法运动,对历史产生了深远的影响,故这篇政论文可视为王安石变法的先声,而且文章"拗折凌厉",体现出王安石独特的写作风格,在后世流传甚广,具有很高的文学价值。Wang Anshi＇s political essays were famous for sharp style, and criticize the domestic trouble and foreign invasion. Wang Anshi wrote this eassy before he become the prime minister, he point out the Song Dynasty has the shortcoming of the political, economic, military and education and so forth, then he presided over the reform movement. This movement has a far-reaching influence on the history, so the political essays can be regarded as the harbinger of reform of Wang Anshi, and it reflects Wang Anshi＇s unique writing style. This essay is very popular in China, with a very high literary value.
