摘　　要：我国是肝癌高发国家,肝癌的治疗是提高国民健康水平的重要一环。肝移植治疗肝癌的效果目前已得到全世界肯定,是公认的肝癌根治性治疗方式。但肝癌肝移植仍有许多待解决的问题和争议。作者就多年的临床经验和文献学习,对肝癌肝移植的价值和争议进行简单论述。China is a country with high incidence of liver cancer, and the treatment of liver cancer isan important part of improving the level of national health. The effect of liver transplantation has been affirmedall over the world, and it is recognized as a radical treatment for liver cancer. However, there are still manyproblems and disputes to be solved in liver transplantation . With years of clinical experience and literaturestudy, the author briefly discusses the value and controversy of liver transplantation for liver cancer.
