摘 要:为深入挖掘水电开发与资本运作的耦合关系与协同促进机理,通过改进随机前沿分析模型,拓展超越对数的形式,以水电开发与资本运作系统的技术效率衡量系统的整体耦合效率对水电类上市公司进行实证分析。结果表明,系统耦合度与系统整体的技术效率呈正相关关系,耦合度因素对系统的技术效率影响最为显著,提高耦合度可降低系统的非效率,可发挥水电开发与资本运作系统耦合的最佳效率。研究成果可为水电企业的水电开发与资本运作提供参考。For digging the coupling relationship between hydropower development and capital operation and coordination mechanisms,the beyond logarithm form was expanded through the improvement of the stochastic frontier analysis model.The overall coupling efficiency affected by the technical efficiency of hydropower development and capital operation system was analyzed by taking hydropower quoted companies as an example.The results show that the coupling degree of system has positive correlation with the overall technical efficiency,and the technical efficiency of the system is greatly influenced by the coupling degree factors;improvement of coupling degree can reduce the non-efficiency of the system;the best efficiency for coupling of hydropower development and capital operation system can be improved.The research results can provide reference for hydropower development and capital operation.
