摘　　要：在当前的多元文化背景下,强烈的文化认同与文化自觉意识充溢在当代少数民族大学生心目当中,更加注重民族身份、民族特征。而随着多元文化的发展与完善,少数民族大学生的思政教育形势严峻的问题并未得到有效的改善。高校作为一个小社会,学生思想政治工作是一门富有规律性、实际性的学问。多元文化背景下,高校立德树人工作应有机建立"大思政"宣教体系,培育良好的育人文化生态。在此,立足多元文化背景,对高校少数民族学生思想政治教育工作进行分析,找出其中存在的问题,进而提出多元文化背景下少数民族学生思想政治教育的相关途径。Under the muhicuhural background, the contemporary minority college students have aroused strong cultural identity and cultural consciousness, and paid more attention to national identity and national characteristics. With the development and improvement of multi culture, the serious problem of the ideological and political education of minority college students has not been effectively improved. As a small society, college students＇ Ideological and political work is a subject with regularity and practicality. Under the multicuhural background, concept, path and method of university morality education should follow the established organic ＂big ideological and political＂ education system, cultivating good educational cultural ecology. In this paper, based on the muhicuhural background, the ideological and political education work of minority students in Colleges and Universities under this background is analyzed, and the existing problems are found out, and then the relevant ways of Ideological and political education of minority students in multicuhural background are put forward.
