摘  要:本文延续企业价值链思想的基础上,通过对市场轨道创新驱动理论的介绍与梳理,并以中闽百汇为零售百货业为典例,深入剖析出其转型路径、成功经验和经营困境,试图探索总结出创新驱动传统百货结构转型升级的经验与机制,以期增强创新驱动理论的实践性与指导性。First of all, based on the idea about value chain of enterprises,author introduce and sort out the theory of market trajectory innovation theory.Secondly, this paper selected Zhongmin Department Store as an example, in-depth analysis of its transformation path, successful experience and business difficulties.Fi-nally, this article attempts to explore the experience and mechanism of innovation-driven transformation and upgrading of traditional department store structure, so as to enhance the practicality and guidance of innova-tion-driven theory.
