摘 要:为了制备二氢杨梅素口服液,采用乙醇和丙酮提取制得二氢杨梅素,纯度达95%,在此基础上以蔗糖、蜂蜜和柠檬酸为辅料,进行4因素3水平的正交试验。结果表明:二氢杨梅素0.04 g、蔗糖2.0 g、蜂蜜1.2 g、柠檬酸0.02 g的添加量为二氢杨梅素口服液制备的最佳工艺,采用此工艺所得口服液的口感和澄明度最佳,均符合《中国药典》质量检测标准。由此可知,该工艺稳定性好,合理可靠。For preparation of dihydromyricetin oral liquid, using ethanol and acetone extract was dihydromyricetin, purity of 95%, on the basis of cane sugar, honey and citric acid as auxiliary materials, 4 factors 3 levels orthogonal experiment design. The results showed that the dihydromyricetin 0.04 g, honey 1.2 g, sucrose 2.0 g, and citrate 0.02 g added quantity for dihydromyricetin using the best technology of preparation. The taste of this process may take oral liquid and clarity the best, in line with the "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" mixture quality inspection standards, the process stability was good, therefore, reasonable and reliable.
