摘  要:目的:建立人源化SCID-beige小鼠模型,并将其应用于口腔鳞癌移植瘤模型的建立。方法:采用人外周血淋巴细胞腹腔注射的方法建立人源化SCID-beige鼠模型,评估其体内人源化免疫球蛋白水平,并采用常用的人舌癌细胞系建立荷瘤模型。结果:1、人源化SCID-beige鼠模型具有高水平的人源IgG;2、常用的人舌癌细胞系TCA8113、SCC9及SCC25均可成功建立荷瘤模型。结论:SCID-beige鼠可以用于人源化小鼠模型的建立,可以用于口腔鳞癌的相关免疫研究。Objective: To establish humanized SCID-beige mouse model and apply it to the establishment of oral squamous cell carcinoma model. Methods: A humanized SCID-beige mouse model was established by intraperitoneal injection of human peripheral blood lymphocytes. The level of humanized immunoglobulins was evaluated and the tumor bearing model was established by using the commonly used human tongue cancer cell line. Results: 1, Humanized SCID-beige mouse model had a high level of human IgG; 2, The common used human tongue cancer cell line TCA8113, SCC9 and SCC25 could be transplanted in the humanized SCID-beige mouse model successfully. Conclusion: SCID-beige mice could be used in the establishment of humanized mouse model, which could be used for the immune related research of oral squamous cell carcinoma.
