升阳除湿法治疗溃疡性结肠炎理论依据和机制

摘　　要：升阳除湿法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的机制一方面通过改善结肠黏膜炎症对溃疡性结肠炎起治疗作用,另一方面可能通过调节肠黏膜通透性缓解炎症反应。升阳除湿法升提脾胃阳气,使清气得升,湿浊得降,郁阳舒展,湿气得化,进而对溃疡性结肠炎发挥治疗作用。To study the theory evidence of elevating yang and eliminating dampness therapy for ulcerative colitis.There are two mechanisms in treating ulcerative colitis.On the one hand,it can improve the inflammation of colon mucosa,on the other hand,it may alleviate the inflammation by regulating the permeability of intestinal mucosa.Rising yang dehumidification method to lift the spleen and stomach yang,so that the fresh,wet turbid to drop,yang stretch,moisture and then play a therapeutic role in ulcerative colitis.
