护理本科生校外志愿服务的实践研究

摘　　要：目的探讨护理本科生校外志愿服务的活动效果。方法在护理本科生中招募志愿者276名;统一培训、考核合格后,安排其每周末到社区对老年人开展志愿护理服务。所有志愿者都完成了志愿服务总时数,服务内容主要包括:测血压、中医养生保健、心理护理、慢性病健康教育及初级急救知识讲解。采用自设问卷调查学生和社区老年人对志愿活动的反馈。结果学生认为志愿护理服务活动有助于巩固专业知识(98.91%),有助于提高人际沟通能力(99.64%),有助于培养良好的医德医风(97.83%),有助于提高职业认同感(96.73%),有助于提高团队协作能力(98.19%)。社区老年人对服务满意(96.75%),觉得服务内容对自己有帮助(97.56%),希望继续开展此活动(99.59%)。结论校外志愿者服务活动,彰显了中医护理特色,提高了综合素质,满足了学校、学生、社区老年人三方面的需求,形成了互惠互利的共赢局面。Objective To explore the effects of voluntary service outside the university among nursing students. Methods A total of 276 volunteers were recruited. They were trained and passed the qualification exam. Then they were designated to the community to provide voluntary services for the elderly every weekend. All volunteers completed the total number of volunteer hours. Contents of service included blood pressure measurement,traditional Chinese medicine care ,psychological support,health education of chronic diseases ,and basic knowledge of first aid. The feedback of students and the elderly in the community was investigated by a self-developed questionnaire. Results Students thought that volunteer activities could help to consolidate their knowledge （98.91%）,improve the communication abilities （99.64%）,cultivate good medical ethics （97.83%）,improve professional identity （96.73%）, and enhance team collaboration （98.19%）. The elderly in the community was satisfied with the service （96.75%）. They thought the contents provided was helpful to them （97.56%）, and hoped such activities could be continued （99.59%）. Conclusion Out-of-school volunteer service activities show the characteristics of TCM nursing and improve the comprehensive qualities of students. It can meet the needs of schools,students and community elderly and finally achieve the win-win objectives.
