摘  要:构建支持居民健康卡等多种介质应用的自助就医模式,主要通过自助设备的部署,依托现有的医院信息系统(HIS)与银行系统、医保系统、手机平台和第三方支付系统等进行互联互通,实现签约、办卡、充值、挂号、缴费、查询、打印、评价、住院服务等自助服务功能。实现了居民健康卡、就诊卡、银行卡和医保卡等多种介质应用,医疗费用的线上实时动态支付与线下诊疗对接服务,手机平台、自助终端机与窗口服务的无缝顺畅衔接。自助服务系统的应用优化了就医流程,减少了窗口压力,规范了诊疗行为,为缓解看病难问题提供了新的动力。The self-service medical mode construction support resident health card and other media applications for medical treatment, mainly through the self-service equipment deployment. It relies on the existing hospital information system (HIS) and interconnecting with the banking system, insurance system, mobile phone platform and the third party payment system to realize the self-service functions such as signing, card handling, charging, registration, payment, inquiry, printing, evaluation and inpatient services by various media, including the residents health card, medical card, bank card and medical insurance card. The real-time online payments of medical expenses were dynamically docked with offline services, and mobile phone platform was docked with window service smoothly. The application of self - service system has optimized the medical treatment process, reduced the window pressure, standardized medical behavior and provided a new impetus to alleviate the difficult problem to see a doctor.
