摘　　要：文章针对目前企业云计算投资决策指标单一、决策过于笼统以及定量分析被忽视等问题,提出基于业务分解的企业云计算投资决策模型,并借助层次分析法（AHP）确定决策指标的权重,通过线性分配法对决策方案进行综合排序。最后以一个企业的云计算投资决策为例,利用AHP-线性分配法求解最佳的企业云计算投资方案。Aiming at such problems as single decision-making index, too general a decision process and the omission of quantitative analysis in the cloud computing investment, this paper presents a decision model for cloud computing investment based on the enterprise business decomposition. And then the paper uses analytic hierarchy process （AHP） to determine the weight of each index, and utilizes linear assignment method to rank all the decision alternatives. Finally, the paper takes the decision-making of an enterprise cloud computing investment as an example and employs AHP-linear assignment methods to solve an optimal scheme of enterprise cloud computing investment.
