摘 要:目前铁路运输越来越趋于快速和重载,且对线路条件的要求也较高,许多下穿工程需要对D型施工便梁进行改造使用或是针对特殊工况设计新的施工便梁,以满足限界、复线线间距及其他功能要求。南宁贵港站框架桥下穿工程中,存在下穿线路多、线间距小、曲线半径小、道岔区段特殊设计等多个难题,通过对D型便梁进行结构改造,提出加长横梁改造结构、上承式改造结构及道岔特殊结构设计共3种加固方案,并得到了成功应用,对今后类似工程具有广泛的参考价值。Currently, the railway transportation is becoming more and more fast and overloaded, and there is a higher requirement for line conditions. Many underpassing projects are needed to be reformed for the D-type construction temporary beam or designed a new construction temporary beam for special conditions, so as to meet the functional requirements of the limit, line spacing of multiple track and so on. Based on the project of frame bridge underpassing the ralway in Guigang Railway Station of Nanning, through the structural transformation of D-type temporary beam, three kinds of reinforcement schemes are put forward, including lengthening crossbeam reform structure, reforming deck type structure and special structural design for turnout. All of these have been successfully applied in the engineering, which could solve several difficult problems such as multi-line, small spacing and curve radius, as well as special design of turnout section. It is of great reference value for similar projects in the future.
