摘  要:为了改善传统剪切加工方法的不足和提高剪切加工的材料利用率,提出了一种新型曲线剪切加工技术的理念:在刀具上加工曲线刀刃,形成曲线滚裁刀,从而利用曲线滚裁刀在圆盘剪切机上进行曲线剪切加工。先对曲线剪切力进行分析,并在现有半经验公式的基础上建立曲线滚裁刀的剪切力理论计算公式,然后运用Pro/E三维软件建立曲线滚裁刀的三维模型,导入Deform有限元软件中对其进行仿真分析,最后将仿真结果数据与理论计算数据进行对比。对比结果表明:曲线滚裁刀在曲线剪切加工中存在可行性。In order to improve the traditional shear processing method and improve the utilization rate of material shear processing,this paper proposes a new concept of curve shear processing technology:processing curve of the blade on the tools,forming curve roller cutter,so as to use the curve roller cutter on the disc shear machine for cutting processing. Firstly,in this paper the shear force of the curve is analyzed,and the theoretical formula for calculating the shear force of the curve roller cutter is established on the basis of the existing semi empirical formula. Then,the three-dimensional model of the curve roller cutter is established by using Pro/E three-dimensional software,and it is simulated and analyzed in Deform finite element software. Finally,the simulation results are compared with the theoretical data. The contrast results show that the curve roller cutter is feasible in curve shear processing.
