摘 要:在对传统组织及"个性化的公司"中个体与组织间关系的研究中发现,面对变化迅速的企业经营环境及知识型员工的不断增多,建立在传统雇佣关系中的个体与组织间的固有而根本性矛盾在急剧激化。个体与组织间产生的反方向拉力逐渐冲破传统雇佣关系的限制,并将持续而显著地影响着传统组织的绩效。因此,需要在个体与组织间形成一种新道德契约,并在此基础上通过转变组织结构,转变管理者的角色等,将企业注意力由制定战略转向营造工作场域,从而激活传统组织中的个体,激发其主动性、积极性、创造性,以帮助传统企业在变化迅速的环境中实现可持续发展。Based on the analysis of the relationship between individuals and organizations in traditional organizations and"The Individualized Corporation",in this paper,it is argued that the inherent and fundamental contradiction between the individuals and the organizations in the traditional employment is intensified,facing the increasingly changing operating environment of the enterprise and the increasing of knowledge staff. The opposite pulling force between the individuals and the organizations is gradually breaking the limitation of the traditional employment.And it will continually and significantly affect the performance of the traditional organizations.Therefore,it is necessary to form a new moral contract between the individuals and the organizations to activate the individual of the traditional organization by changing the organizational structure and the role of managers,and transferring the corporate attention from making corporate strategy to creating a working field.It will help the traditional enterprises achieve sustainable development in a rapidly changing environment by stimulating the individuals' initiative,enthusiasm,and creativity.
