摘 要:生活垃圾转运站是城市生活垃圾收运体系的重要组成部分,其微生物群落结构研究对转运站恶臭污染控制和渗滤液处理有重要意义。选择北京市大屯垃圾转运站,采用高通量测序技术对转运站垃圾压缩原液中细菌、真菌和古菌的群落结构进行分析。结果表明,细菌包括22个门,357个属,菌属Lactobacillus、Acetobacter、Paralactobacillus、Acinetobacter、Pseudomonas、Prevotella、Klebsiella、Bacteroides、Myroides在细菌群落中占比均>1%。真菌包含4个门,67个属,Candida为真菌中的优势属,其比例占真菌群落的96.7%。古菌有3个门,35个属,其中菌门Parvarchaeota占古菌群落的86.4%,其所包含的物种在纲、目、科、属分类水平上目前均尚未命名;古菌中产甲烷菌种类丰富,共有18个属。垃圾转运站渗滤液中微生物种类丰富,细菌群落的多样性最高,真菌、古菌次之。转运站中的微生物已形成了一个初步的降解体系。Transfer stations are a component of modern municipal solid waste management systems. The analysis about microbial community structure of transfer station is essential to the research of odour pollution and leachate treatment. Highthroughput sequencing was employed to characterize community structure of microorganisms(bacteria, fungi, archaea) in leachate generating from Datun Solid Waste Transfer Station, Beijing. Results showed that the OTUs in bacteria were derived from 22 phyla, 45 classes, 87 orders, 172 families, 357 genera and 421 species. Nine genera including Lactobacillus, Acetobacter, Paralactobacillus, Acinetobacter, Pseudomonas, Prevotella, Klebsiella, Bacteroides, Myroides all have relative abundances greater than 1%. The OTUs in fungi were originated from 4 phyla, 18 classes, 35 orders, 46 families, 67 genera and 98 species. Candida was the dominant genus, which accounted for 96.7% of the fungal sequences. The OTUs in archaea were derived from 3 phyla, 8 classes, 14 orders, 23 families, 35 genera and 41 species. 86.4% of the members in the phylum Parvarchaeota have not been classified. The detected methanogens had 18 genera. The results showed that microbial species in the leachate from solid waste transfer station were rich and community diversity of bacteria was higher than fungi and archaea.From the view of microbiology, a preliminary degradation system has been formed.
