摘  要:为了探讨欧李的光合作用特征,以5个欧李品种为材料,以当地野生欧李为对照,用Li-6400便携式光合测定仪测定叶片的光合作用指标。结果表明:五个欧李叶片净光合速率(Pn)日变化均出现双峰型曲线特征,都有不同程度的光合"午休"现象。除农大7号外其余四个品种的净光合速率都大于野生种,农大5号和农大3号的光合作用性能较好,具有较为明显的光合作用优势,大多数欧李品种具有一定的丰产潜力。研究可以为钙果栽培技术标准的制定提供依据。With Li-6400 portable photosynthesis analyzer,diurnal variation of photosynthesis of five varieties of Cerasus humilis was compared in the experimental field in Hancheng City,Shaanxi Province in 2014.The test materials from Institute of Horticulture,Shanxi Agricultural University are Nongda3,Nongda4,Nongda5,Nongda6,Nongda7 and,wild Cerasus humilis varieties as control.The results showed that:i)diurnal variation curves of the net photosynthetic rate(Pn)of Cerasus humilis leaves are of two peaks and there is a certain degree of photosynthesis " midday depression";ii)besides Nongda7 the net photosynthetic rate of rest of four varieties is higher than the wild species.Nongda3 and Nongda5 have better photosynthetic performance,and most of varieties of Cerasus humilis have potential of high yield.
