摘　　要：文章运用SFA模型对连云港市2010—2016年制造业创新效率及其影响因素进行了测算与分析。研究结果表明,研发经费和研发人员投入与产业创新效率具有相关性,对于产业创新效率的影响因素与高校及科研单位合作具有正面影响,需进一步加强。政府对产业研发投入需要进一步强化引导作用,内部研发队伍的质量需要进一步提高。By using the SFA model, this paper calculates and analyzes the innovation efficiency and the influencing factors of the manufacturing industry in Lianyungang from 2010 to 2016. The results show that the R＆D and R＆D investment and industry innovation efficiency is significant, and the influencing factors of industrial innovation efficiency, in cooperation with universities and research institutions have a positive impact, which need to be further strengthened. It is necessary that the government guide and strengthen the industrial R＆D investment and the quality of internal R＆D team also needs to be further improved.
