摘　　要：在对影响科技型中小企业技术创新驱动内在机理研究的基础上,提出了10个内外部驱动因素,据此提出14个研究假设,借助AMOS软件建立结构方程模型,经过实证分析,理论模型与实际数据具有较好的匹配程度。通过研究发现,外部因素对科技型中小企业技术创新具有引领和影响作用,企业文化、企业家精神、组织建设等内部因素对科技型中小企业的技术创新具有决定性意义。企业要加大对技术创新的投入,不断提升企业自身的技术创新能力。Based on the research on the internal mechanism of technology-driven innovation in technology-based SMEs, 10 internal and external driving factors are put forward, therefore, 14 research hypotheses were proposed. Using AMOS software to establish the structural equation model, the theoretical model and the actual data have a good matching degree through empirical analysis. Through the research, it is found that external factors have the leading and influence on the technological innovation of technology-based SMEs. The internal factors such as enterprise culture, entrepreneurship and organization construction are of decisive significance to the technological innovation of technology-based SMEs. Enterprises should invest more in technological innovation and continuously improve their own technological innovation capability.
